In this video, it was a reanimation of a scene from Incredible Items Beginnings Episode 3b, where Grass Block reached their first checkpoint and then goes nuts, except it's in Taoism's Mammal AU. The 2 things I can remember outsides the title were Grass Block as a Pixel Petz Cat and Calendar as a Floofacoyloo (an open species on Sketchers United).
The title was probably known as "Incredible items beginnings mammal au - Grassblock and the checkpoint" or something else like that.
And yes, the video is real.
