Anabel is a Brazilian animated series created by Lancast Mota. The first season aired in 2005 while the second (and last) season aired in 2011.
The show centers around a gothic girl named Anabel and her adventures.
Lost English Dub[]
There's a snippet of the English version of the second season's theme. It stopped after Anabel makes a Ummm sound. It's unknown if all the episodes were dubbed in English at this time or who was in the voice cast of said dub.
