The show's video editing is notably poor, characterized by instances of characters disappearing within a single frame, poorly cropped PNG images, and the inclusion of copyrighted materials. Furthermore, the creator of the show resorted to using footage from other videos not made by them, clearly indicating a case of theft. One of the stolen videos even bears the Mobizen watermark. Despite these glaring issues, the series managed to gain significant popularity, prompting the creator to embark on a now-cancelled movie venture in mid-2019 titled "As Aventuras do Sonico: Perdidos Na Casa Assombrada."
