BET Movies (now rebranded as "Starz inBlack") was a joint venture of Lionsgate's Starz and BET (until 2001 when Paramount acquired). BET Movies was dedicated to showcasing African-American talent in front of and behind the camera. Uncut and commercial-free, 24/7/365.
BET Movies' "next on" bumpers involved a movie title, movie stars, movie clips and of course the "BET Movies" logo and some type of unknown background.
