When Tv Excelsior had any signal loss the mascots of the channel, Ritinha and Paulinho, would sing this jingle:
"Não desligue, não! O defeito é nosso. Estou fazendo o que posso pra consertar sua televisão!'" (Please don't hang up, it's our fault. I'm doing what we can to fix your television!)
To this day, no recording of these incidents are avaliable.
