Cap'n O. G. Readmore's Jack and the Beanstalk is a rare ABC Weekend Specials episode and as well as the first episode of the ABC Weekend Specials host Cap'n O. G. Readmore. It is based on the fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk. The special aired in October 12, 1985 on ABC.
Cap'n O. G. Readmore's Jack and the Beanstalk involved the cat named Cap'n O. G. Readmore, who extols the importance of reading, is challenged to improve on the conduct of Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk.[1]
Very little information is known about the title, the voice actors for the special have resurfaced at voicechasers.com. It seems that VHS release, a Korean DVD release and artworks of the special exists.
No footage of this special have been uploaded on the Internet.
