There is always two sides to a story. This is all information that I've gathered from both sides, the believers and the non-believers of AHBLP2.
-The episode was rumored to only have aired once, but the archived tv scheduling for the week it should have aired doesn't have the episode. While some people that watched Charmed as it aired claim there was no part two, they can see how it would seem that a lot is missing, you know, like a lost episode?
-Some people claim to have this episode on a deluxe dvd set but nobody has came forward to provide us with the episode.
-People who think the episode is real say that Shannen (Prue) owns the rights to the episode and because she got fired she doesn't want it released, while other people say they left the part one episode open ended because all of their contracts ended and they needed an easy escape if anyone wanted to leave the show.
-Small plot info: Phoebe escapes from the underworld and Leo choosing between Piper and Prue.
-Holly (Piper) tweeted that there is no part two.
-A script to this rumored episode, not sure if it's real or fanmade.
