Half of the "Cosy Corner" series is lost. We know that. Cosy Corner itself likely had a pilot episode that is now completely lost. The pilot could be created in the 2001, the beginning of Storimages (which was just starting to produce its series), because in 2002 the series and episodes began to be created, and in 2003 it had its debut in France. The only evidence of the existence of the character concept and pilot is the back of the box of the rarest Polish DVD of this series (Cosy Corner was released on DVD in France and Poland). The characters have a slightly different design there.
Differents[]
Concept Propf (it is not known where this concept was found and how it appeared on the cover of the Polish DVD)
Official art
I can say that the characters in this yellow illustration are more chubby (not that they are fat like a boar or something). Instead of a ponytail, Stella the mouse has an antenna on the top of her head, and the Margot the Frog has no ponytail (or braids) on the back, only an elastic band (lack of hair on the back is a common error in the animation), besides, she has much less eyelashes on her eyes in the yellow illustration (I think she has two). It's not everything. In the yellow illustration, Jacky the hedgehod's pants look more like leggings than sweatpants. Victor has smaller hands/wings.
Changes[]
"Redrawn" looks literally like the found concept. Some characters make almost the same poses like in concept art. The characters are drawn with a thicker outline, but they are not chubby. Stella the mouse has ponytail similiar to her antenna in her concept art. Margot the frog has many more lashes on her eyes, has ponytails (or braids) on the back of the head. Jacky the hedgehod's pants are more wider, they look more like tracksuit pants. Victor has bigger hands/wings
Assumptions[]
There may also be a solution that the episode pilot never was created, and the drawing on the Polish DVD are exactly redrawn by some other artist.
