Creation was a unfinished 1931 film by Willis O'Brian. It would have been released by RKO pictures.The story consisted of a cruise ship and it's passenger's encountering dinosaurs on an island.
Story
A yacht crashes on a island full of dinosaurs and other giant animals. most of the crew and passengers survive but must fight of the dinosaurs to escape.to cost and an unintresting storyline
Lost footage
About 20 minutes of footage was completed but after it was cancelled 16 minutes were lost. All that remains is 4 minutes. About 1 minute of footage include's one of the film's charactors, Ned Hallet shooting a baby triceritops in the eye and being chased by the mother. The end of the scene featuring Hallet getting gored to death is lost.
Cancelled
When Creation was in it's early stages of production but was cancelled due to lack of action. Merian C. Cooper disliked the story but hired O'Brian to due the effects in King Kong.
