Cyborg Kuro-chan Found Episode 66

Cyborg Kuro-chan was an anime that ran from October 2nd, 1999 to January 6th, 2001 in Japan. There were a total of 66 episodes created, however episode 66 was never seen outside of Japan. It aired a few times and no DVDs have been released of this anime, so it has not been seen since. It is nowhere to be found on the internet.
