When the Going gets Goth is a Canadian animated TV series.
It seems to aired long ago, maybe in the 2000s. and judging by the designs, it would be made in Flash.
Somehow as being canceled, there's no Wikipedia page or more pictures of it, but it was found by an artist on twitter by the name of Davestoons (@CoolioDavid) on one of his tweets though he didn't know where he got it from.
It seems to focus on the protagonist that is named "Veronica VonGoth," who is a goth, hence her name. The ghosts in the background may or may not be characters themselves.
