Ms. Pac-Man Twin is a hack of Ms. Pac-Man made by Susilu in 1993. In this game, two players can play at the same time, the 2nd player being a green-colored Ms. Pac-Man. The game was made without the permission of Namco or General Computer Corporation and was found in Argentina in South America. The game has not received a dump and only a scant few screenshots of the title screen and attract mode exist online, sourced from two different cabinets.

On December 7th, 2020, an eBay listing for the original board appeared with the starting price of $499. It includes two new photos of the game and one of its motherboard. It was only bid on by one person and as a result, they won the auction by default. In an effort to preserve the game, the auction's winner sent it off to a rom dumper to dump the game's ROMs.
