Check out the Lost Media Wiki’s article on the Pocoyo pilots!!!!!!!
"Pocoyo" is a Spanish-British animated children's TV series that premiered on January 7th, 2005. The show originally had two pilot episodes made in Spain from around 2002–2004, which was before its debut.
In these pilot episodes, there were notable design differences. The first of these contains differences like Pocoyo having a yellow pacifier in his mouth, which is something he originally had in the final series. The narrator in this pilot was an American female, before later being changed to a British male. This pilot has been found, but another pilot remains lost. This second pilot was confirmed to have the final designs for the characters and was allegedly shown at Cartoons on the Bay 2006. https://www.awn.com/animationworld/cartoons-bay-2006-10-years-celebrating-tv-animation

Possible later character designs, notice that Elephanta/Elly has no tusks but retains her fingernails and toenails and Ducky/Pato is slightly closer to the final design.
