Fun Food Frenzy was a 2000 Canadian TV series. It starred Jesse Vinet (aka Rosie in Caillou and Sheegwa in Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat) as Jesse and Gavin Svensson as her "father" as they "navigate the culinary highway together, concocting a variety of tasty treats for all to enjoy." It was produced by TVA.
The episodes haven't been found, and it can be presumed the master tapes were wiped at one point as the show has no known reairings or home video releases.
