Changes: General Cinema Missing feature presentation and other ID trailers

Over the course of its' history, General Cinema Corporation was famous for their policy trailers; despite the company's long run (from 1935 to 2002, when it was bought out by AMC Theatres), there are some trailers that remain unaccounted for. If there are anymore that we are missing here, add it to the list below.

General Cinema Christmas bumpers (PARTIALLY LOST)
General Cinema "Also showing at this theatre" bumper (1964-1980, existence unconfirmed)
A Coming Attractions bumper from 2001-2002 (when GCC changed soda provider from Pepsi to Coca-Cola), with Popcorn Bob hushing the audience while holding a movie clapper, with Coming Attractions written on it.

-Over the course of it's time, General Cinema Corporation was famous for showing of it's bumpers, some of it with it's infamous candy band from about 1964-2002 for it was purchased by AMC Theatres (with it being found as Midwest Drive-In Theaters in 1935) and with only more than 16 years being us, some will go missing. If there are anymore that we are missing here, fill it in here please and thank you.
