It's a Big Big World is an American children's television series that aired on PBS Kids from January 2, 2006, to January 8, 2010. The series was created by Mitchell Kriegman, the creator of the Muppet television series, Bear in the Big Blue House. After the series ended, reruns continue to air until April 30, 2010. The show revolves around a group of animals living in "The World Tree" in the rainforest along the Amazon River with the Pico da Neblina Mountain background. The main character is Snook, a sloth.
The show's pilot was made in 1998 and the show was pitched to PBS. The show was going to be in 2D animation. It's lost, but a screenshot has been found!!!
