Many Vyond/GoAnimate users hate various kids show characters because they are "Baby Show Characters" (I'm not lying. These people actually call any character from a kids show or movie they dislike/hate). Like most "Baby Show Characters", Lighting McQueen (who is a character from the Cars franchise) is hated by much of the Vyond/GoAnimate community only for being from a kids movie franchise they don't like (again, they call him a "Baby Show Character"). Because of this reason, so many "grounded" videos were made out of Lighting McQueen. One grounded video out of him called "Lightning McQueen gets in dead meat" was uploaded some time in 2014 or 2015 by a YouTuber called Deb Lobdell but the only evidence of it you can find as of the the moment this article was written is one image, a rant. and recreations supposedly from that exact video.
