A video made by LOCAL58TV [1] (better known as simply Local58) had gone lost some time before 2018.
Premise[]
This video is not to be mistaken with "LOCAL58TV - Weather Service".[2] The video starts with what seems to be an on-screen broadcasting schedule, basically identical to the ones seen in other Local58 videos. Ominous cello music plays in the background, giving a sense of dread. The video cuts to either a SMPTE color bar screen or a plain background with the Local58 logo and text that reads "THIS IS NOT A TEST". The screen is accompanied by a tone, possibly identical to the ones heard in an emergency alert. We then see what appears to be an elderly lady looking directly at the camera. She generally has no motion other than moving her mouth to talk, almost as if she was made with AI or some other software. The lady seems to be using the emergency alert to advertise a stamp collection that she's selling, telling how she is in desperate need to have the money that she's selling it for. As she talks about it, it fades to the stamps, panning over each page, and text that describes her product and the price. When she is done speaking, it cuts back to the "broadcast interruption" screen, this time reading "WE NOW RETURN TO REGULAR PROGRAMMING". Now it's back to the broadcasting schedule. This time some rather somber piano music plays in the background. A notable slot is seen on the schedule that reads "Banana Seizure". The video ends shortly after the broadcasting schedule is seen again.
Not much bits of information survived after it was deleted. There are currently no reuploads of this video, let alone any screenshots of it.
