On October 12th, 2002, Nickelodeon changed their bumpers to have a "pictograph" style (replacing the "abstraction" look in 2000) with the remixes of the famous Nickelodeon theme. They were used on most shows until sometime in the fall of 2003, when Nick entered the "orange splat" era. Many bumpers from this era are lost, but some of them are found. These bumpers were animated by Daniel M. Kanemoto for Nick Digital Studios, as well as the Nickelodeon crew such as Manny Galán.
