There are the Southeast Asian dubs of series, animation and others. This page covers many of them.
My Melody's Magical Adventure (Cartoon Network Philippines/Omni Productions)[]
Sugar Sugar Rune (Cartoon Network Philippines/Omni Productions)[]
Sugar Sugar Rune (シュガシュガルーン, Shuga Shuga Rūn) or Sugar² Rune is a Japanese magical girl manga series written and illustrated by Moyoco Anno and serialized in the shōjo manga magazine Nakayoshi from August 2004 to April 2007. The series was collected into eight volumes published by Kodansha from March 2004 to September 2007. Sugar Sugar Rune was adapted into an anime television series produced by Studio Pierrot, which aired on TV Tokyo from July 2, 2005 to June 24, 2006.
There was a English dub of Sugar Sugar Rune that aired in the Philippines. Other than that, the only mentions of it were the voices. Chocolat was voiced by Andrea Kwan (You may know her as the voice of Sakura Kinomoto in the Cardcaptor Sakura dub, that aired on Animax Asian years before it was released here) and Duke was voiced by Michael Pizzuto. There are also a few voice actors listed that aren’t credited to any characters.
Jewelpet (Cartoon Network Philippines/Omni Productions)[]
This has the least info. It says this also aired on Cartoon Network Philippines and it also Viz Media Europe was a distributor on ANN (This is confusing to me though because there is no wear saying the English dub was in Europe, unless the European dubs were based on this dub). There were a few voices listed but they didn’t say which characters they played.
Futari Wa Pretty Cure (Odex)[]
The Odex dub aired in Singapore. The only confirmed season that was dubbed Futari Wa. I’ve heard one place say Max Heart was going to be dubbed, but no where saying if it did or not. Apparently the voice acting is really bad. (From what I learned about Odex this seems to be the case with a lot of their dubs, like their Yu-Gi-Oh dub.)
Hello Kitty Ringo no Mori to Parallel Town (Hello Kitty: Apple Forest And The Parallel Town/Unknown)[]
This one has hardly any info (like the Jewelpet dub), as no footage of this dub are available, and there's not even information in ANN. The only information about this dub was that it says this also aired on Cartoon Network Philippines. Other than that, not that much information about is known.
Super Boink[]
- Main article: Super Boink (Lost Philippines English dub of anime, 90s)
Ani-Yoko: My Next Door Neighbor[]
Kilari[]
Like the Hello Kitty: Apple Forest And The Parallel Town dub, barely any information is known. And like that dub, there's not even information in ANN. And no videos or footage of the English version have ever been seen or uploaded on the Internet including YouTube. But however, it was known that it was aired on Cartoon Network Philippines. Other than that, very little is known about this dub.
