Plot[]
The video starts off with a "Star Wars"-style scrolling text describing the plot of the video. After the intro, a figurine Mario is jumping off of stairs, until it's head falls off. A figurine Luigi finds out about the accident and takes Mario to the hospital. Mario is then fixed by an unknown character, which no one seems to remember. It's currently unknown how the video ended or what happened after Mario got fixed.

There was a wooden cube character in the video, with poorly drawn faces (with red and blue markers) on both sides (happy and sad), and it's unknown which role it was supposed to play. It's speculated that this was the character who fixed Mario.
The Car City carpet from PigPigGamer's memory
PigPigGamer remembers an oddly-specific detail of the video having a Car City carpet. The creator used the carpet in the video either as a way to show that Mario was driven to the hospital, or recorded for no reason.
There was also a weird scene in the video, in which decapitated Mario becomes alive for some reason, hums the melody of "Staff Roll" from Super Mario World and then Mario dies again.

On October 10, 2025, a user by the name of Bran615 had uploaded a video: https://youtu.be/7Wu4PP733WQ?si=R6aVYntTfmGv_MGc that features the full intro song of the video, but no footage of the video itself. According to the description as it reads:
"I found this while digging through my 3DS SD card on my Wii (via WIIMC), casually scrolling through and watching my old videos; getting a good laugh how weird and cringe they were. I stumbled upon this specific video with the file name “HNI_0037”.
And there it was. It had the intro music of the infamous lost video, with VERY BAD lighting of my old toy Mario and Luigi plush behind some stack of blankets, and I believe this was the intro music to the video because I vividly remember that tune. I know that I recorded this around when the video was still available. (File dates back to 1/20/2017)
Unfortunately, this was the only footage I have of the video and I have never recorded any of the original deleted video. I assume little me did this for fun guess?"
