Boyster (Molusco) is a French-British 2D CGI animated television series that premiered on Disney XD on June 16, 2014. The titular Boyster character is half human and half mollusk, and his name is a portmanteau of "boy" and "oyster." Before the original series started, there was a pilot that never aired on TV, though it did release in 2009.
Differences From The Show[]
- Boyster's jacket was originally deep-dark green while his jacket was red-orange in the series.
- Unlike in the series, Shelby does not show any eyes and stayed silent for the first 3 minutes of the pilot.
- Rafik's green long-sleeved shirt with a sleeveless jacket were originally both black, but the colors changed in the series.
