Ni Hao, Kai-Lan Is a preschool show that teaches kids basic Mandarin Chinese, which aired on Nick Jr from 2008 to 2011. It features a 6 year old girl named Kai–Lan and her animal friends named Rintoo, Tolee, Hoho and Lulu. She also has a grandpa named Ye-Ye and her aunt named Gu Nai Nai.
Sometime around 2011, a Kazakh dub, titled "Кайлән", was created. This dub premiered on September 23 at 12:20, on Qazaqstan TV, alongside the Kazakh dub of Dora the Explorer. Although it was broadcast on one of the mainstream channels in Kazakhstan, almost nothing of this dub is found. The entire cast is unknown, and the only things found are a promo, and a clip of the ending of the episode Hoho's Big Flight.
