A YouTuber, by the name of AnArt1996, uploaded a reconstructed video of a technical difficulties screen on Nickelodeon from Southern California. There was a technical difficulty during an episode of My Life As A Teenage Robot that appeared around 2004. He made this replica of what he remembered it looked like. He believed it lasted at around 30m-1hr on mid-day Saturday on the main channel. By his account, the image looked like two DynaBlocks-styled figures (geometric-looking). The tall one was wearing a hardhat with a toolbox on the left side, and a smaller figure on the right. AnArt1996 wasn't able to confirm for sure what the screen really said, so he put "We are having technical difficulties!" He does remember there being a larger "WOOPS!" on the screen. The Nickelodeon screen bug kept appearing and disappearing during the period of time, and the screen blacked out for around 10 minutes a few times. Others have also shared their recollections of the screen in the video's comment section.
The card was finally found on May 1, 2022, when a YouTube user with the handle Candy Pants LLC uploaded a recording of U-Pick Live from 2003 that showed it briefly at the 1:51 mark. The card features two smiling cartoon human figures with large round heads using pliers on television sets with text reading, "Stick with Nick! We're just fixing a problem!"
