There is a lost European Portuguese dub of Pinky Dinky Doo which used to air on :2 along with Blue's Clues, Max and Ruby and The Backyardigans named Rosa Cor de Rosa.
What we do know is that Pinky was voiced by Helena Montez and the show was dubbed by Nacional Filmes.

Aside from that, the dub is completely lost.
