Before Pinky Dinky Doo premiered, there was a pilot back in 2003-04. It was similar to Where Are My Shoes. but Pinky's face and everything was different. It's lost, and all that remains of that is a mere screenshot of it.
As of 09/03/2017: A guy named WubbzyOlieElmoBlueandNogginYes ModernNickJrNo found a 30 seconds clip of the pilot, and Pinky's voice was more normal instead of high,here is the link:
