The footage
Scratch is a kids programming website. It was publically released somewhere around 2007 and 2006. While the website still remains, older versions that have been lost to time exist. July 27, 2006 is the final version that actually exists on the lost archived scratch viewer, and 2004 is the earliest public version. People say that Scratch began development around 2003, but there is no evidence. This is footage from Feburary 28, 2005.
