Sparkman is Korean film release in 1988. The film is about a super hero with a metallic armor, very similar to the Japanese Metal Hero series by Toei.
Nothing more it's know about the movie. Currently the only available media from the movie are two videos on Youtube, one it's a 10 minutes compilation of various fight scenes from the movie and the other it's a one minute video from the movie. However, both videos have very good video quality for a 1988 movie, hinting a possible DVD release.
