Talking Babybulb is an iOS app that was published for iPhone and iPad on June 11, 2013 by the now defunct company DynamicBaby. The app was suspected to be delisted due to the high amounts of bulbs and babys present in the app. This has been debunked by Baby Bulb, the brother of the lead programmer. He claims the game was taken down due to the company closing down and them not being able to support the game any further.
Many people also claim to have the app installed via an APK on Android devices but no official version has been released on Android devices.
There are several videos created on the app akin to the videos created from the Talking Bulb and Bulbs apps. There's also an App Review of the game by CrazyBulbsapps which shows gameplay of the app.
Recently, there has been some news that the game could be getting a re-release. However, no release date has been confirmed as of currently.

Update
As of August 2, 2024, an IPA file of the iPad release of the app was found by dippergaming , Kakao , OldAppleGaming , 1emilis and zippiyyyyyyyyy on Discord and can be downloaded here.
As of August 4, 2024, DynamicBaby re-released the app on both iPhone and iPad although they were deleted again but they are fixing it and releasing them in about one or two weeks, both the ipa files from the 64 and 32 bit versions from the iPhone and iPad version were Preserved.
