A pitch pilot for Talking Tom and Friends named Tom on the Road[1] was made back in 2013-2014.[2]
Little is known about the original pilot; however, it served as a pitch to get the show running.[2] Remnants of information surrounding it surfaced 2021. It included a unique setting[3], and an undressed Angela.[4][5] It’s unconfirmed if either Ben, Ginger, and Pierre appeared. Hank also appeared in the trailer. Fun Facts[]
- The pilot project was used to promote the show and probably played an important role in giving the green light to the creation of a full-fledged series.
- Some sources also mention that this could have been one of Outfit7's earliest attempts to launch a full-fledged franchise based on the app.
