Talking Tom Cat 5 was a cancelled mobile game that was going to be made by the company "NanJing oooo3d" which made other Talking Tom clones like Talking Tom Cat 3 and Talking Tom Cat 4 that was planned to release sometime around 2013-2014, but since Outfit7 sued the company who made these games in 2013, it, along with the HD versions of 3 and 4, were never released. So far the only proofs we have come from a Twitter account, possibly an NanJing oooo3d employee, that posted 4 teasers of the game, you can view it here, they are pictures of Tom in different places, and it was also listed as coming soon in Talking Tom Cat 4.

Due to the lawsuit Outfit7 did on "NanJing oooo3d", the game was cancelled and never released, But, 3 hashes of a supposed prototype of the game have been found, they seem to be some sort of copy of Talking Tom CAT 4 but with a different icon and name and more, Here are they:
