Originally in the part where Thomas says he's in South America, he would had been depicted in the Falkland Islands, but this scene was deleted,
In the final video, when Thomas says he is in South America, the Easter Island from the Oceania/Australian continent is used.

The reason why these scene was removed due to potencially offending Argentine people due to the Falkland Island war in 1982, where Argentina and U.K. fought over the owning sovernty of the Islands, the Argentine believed that the islands that they called "Las Islas Malvinas" are rightfully theirs while the Britans mantained that the Falklands are rightfully theirs.
45 years later, the desputed between Argentina and the UK about the sovernty of the Falklands Island still continues, with pour favors for Argentina.
