Faint Memories of an Old Show

When I was young I remember that there was this show that was in CGI. My memory is extremely fuzzy and I only remember a few details and this one particular scene. What I can remember is that it was what I believe to be about a friend of anthropomorphic penguins(?) who sat and hang around with each other at this sort of diner. One thing that I remember most about the show was there was probably an episode where the penguins had to babysit a baby crocodile that was trying to eat them. The scene that I remember most of all was when the baby glared at them, and the penguins shook in fear. I don't remember which channel this show could have came from, and I know that only so many shows with CGI existed around (2000-2004) which was the time I believe I saw the show. Does anyone have any idea what show I am talking about?
