Back in 2009, a user named ViralSequel[1] made "fail" videos on his channel. In his fail videos, he edits a type of video or material which has a character getting hurt, harmed, or killed in violent and goofy ways. Sometimes at the end of the videos his skull icon would appear for a few seconds before the video ends.
ViralSequel made a total of five Duck Song fail videos. Some time around 2017[2], his channel got terminated for unknown reasons, leaving all of The Duck Song fail videos and other fail videos by ViralSequel deleted.
It is said that the owner of the channel is Kevin Dong.

This video involves the duck walking up to the lemonade stand, and then explodes before being able to ask for grapes. The lemonade stand man's cup was shaking. The lemonade stand man had a shocked face. Then the video fades to black.

This video involves the duck walking into the corner store, he asks the corner store woman for some grapes, and then a safe falls and crushes the duck, causing the duck's feather to start flying. The corner store woman also falls backwards and the apples sale towards the left disappears. Then the video fades to black.

This video involves the duck walking towards the lemonade stand and telling the lemonade stand man to follow him, the duck then walks across the road. The corner store woman the lemonade stand man are driving a car and run over the duck. They run over the duck one more time[3] before driving off, leaving the duck's dead body on the road. It is said that there was a skull at the end of the video which is unconfirmed. This is the only Duck Song fail video that is partially lost. The thumbnail has the Duck covered in bandages (ViralSequel's channel profile picture) and is standing near Psy and the lemonade stand man. The corner store woman and the lemonade stand man are seen dancing in the thumbnail.
It has the lemonade stand man wearing sunglasses and the duck walks up to the lemonade stand and the lemonade stand and the duck walk away from the lemonade stand man to go to the corner store and they walk inside the corner store to get the corner store woman as the duck and the lemonade stand man and the corner store woman leave the corner store woman and they go to near Psy and dance while the duck walks in circles and the duck says got any grapes and then the ducks blows up and feathers fly all over the place leaving the lemonade stand man and the corner store woman happy.
The Duck Song EXPOSED!!! - Controversy REVEALED!!! (Duck vs Dick)[]

(Possibly before Duck Song Style, its comparing the duck song with a "Duck went up to the liquor store" joke said by someone named Dick.)
First the video shows a clip of the duck song (The original or the sequel, possibly) then later on a clip of likely a comedy standup from the 80s or 90s by a possibly comedian named Dick possibly saying the "Duck went up to the liquor store" joke.
(Its unknown what Dick's exact name is or the date of the clip. This video would appear when you searched Duck Song fail in Popscreen video search and by far the only mention of his channel.)
