Theme song lyrics

Start with a house, house on a street.
Street in the neighborhood with friends to meet.
Excuse me, haven't we met before?
How do you do? We just moved next door?
Mayor Morris: Next door?
Chorus (cont'd): We live next door, next door.
How do you do? We live next door.
How do you do? We live next door.
