What's Wrong With Ruth? was a rejected pilot for Cartoon Network made in 2007 by William Reiss (a animator who worked with CH Greenblatt on Chowder and SpongeBob SquarePants). unlike another cartoon network pilots, this one was animated with Marcomedia Flash in-house by Cartoon Network Studios

There's nothing much other information on it other than the picture, cast & crew, an article, and on forums. It use to be watchable on William Reiss official website but the link is no longer working. said-information has revealed in June 19, 2022 when the pilot was uploaded on YouTube.
