X-DuckX (French: Canards extrêmes) is a French animated television series, lasting for four seasons and 78 episodes, created by Jan Van Rijsselberge, directed by François Reczulski, and produced in 2001 by Alphanim and France 3.
The series chronicles the wacky and dangerous adventures of a duo of ducks, Slax and Geextah, extreme sports fans. Both live as their passion, extreme adventures sometimes push them beyond their limits. In France, the series was first broadcast on France 3 in 2002 before being broadcast on Jetix (formerly Fox Kids) from 2004 to 2006, and Super RTL in Germany.
There is an English dub that exists, it only aired in Australia on the ABC Network. Even though the series was made in France, the French dub never saw the light of day.
Availability[]
Only one half-hour episode was found in English on YouTube. The show was released on DVD in both Russia and Germany. The rest of the remaining episodes available on the web are only the Russian overdubbed over English, and the German dub of the show possibly from the DVD or the television airings.
Gaumont Animation uploaded a clip of the show on their YouTube channel meaning they still own the episodes of the show but never bothered releasing it to the public again.
